Welcome to the Log House

The Log House is a private two-bedroom building situated alongside a 10 acre field, with unobstructed views of the surrounding land.

A Taste of Alaska Lodge was started with the two bedroom Log House, and the split-level natural two-sided log building continues to be a favorite choice with our visitors.

The Log House features a full kitchen and antique furnishings

The Log House features one queen bedroom and one with two twin beds. It is an ideal quiet retreat for families and couples travelling together, as well as making a lovely honeymoon destination.

In addition to the two private bedrooms, the Log House has a full kitchen, dining and living room, and one and a half baths. The entire house is nicely appointed with antiques, handmade quilts and collectibles.

Log House visitors can have breakfast set up in the house the night before, or join us for breakfast in the Main Lodge at 8:00am each morning. DishNetwork service, phone service and wireless internet access are available as well.
